What We Stand For

Patient-Centred Care

Every decision is made with your wellbeing at the forefront. We listen, explain, and work with you to make the right choices for your dental health.

Clinical Excellence

Our team undertakes regular continuing professional development to stay at the forefront of dental techniques, technology, and best practice.

Community Commitment

We are proud NHS providers. We believe good dental care should be available to everyone, and we work hard to make that a reality in our community.

Infection Control

We exceed HTM01-05 decontamination guidelines. All instruments are sterilised using validated autoclaves and single-use materials are used wherever possible.

Modern Technology

Digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern anaesthetic techniques mean more comfortable, more precise treatment with reduced radiation exposure.

Transparency

We provide clear written treatment plans and cost estimates before any work begins. No hidden charges. No unexpected surprises. Just honest dentistry.

Services

Dental Services in Erdington

NHS and private dental care — from routine check-ups to specialist treatments.

Dental Check-Ups

A thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues, including X-rays where required. We check for decay, gum disease, and early signs of oral cancer. Recommended every 6 months for most patients.

NHS Band 1 — included in standard examination charge

Scale & Polish

Professional cleaning by our dental hygienist removes plaque and tartar build-up that regular brushing can't reach. Leaves your teeth smoother, brighter, and your gums healthier.

NHS Band 1 — typically included in check-up treatment

Tooth Fillings

We offer white composite fillings that blend naturally with your teeth, as well as amalgam fillings on the NHS. Our fillings are placed carefully to ensure a comfortable bite and long-lasting result.

NHS Band 2 — covered under Band 2 treatment charge

Root Canal Treatment

Modern root canal treatment is far more comfortable than many patients expect. We remove infected pulp tissue, clean the root canals, and seal the tooth — saving it from extraction and relieving pain.

NHS Band 2 — covered under Band 2 treatment charge

Tooth Extractions

Sometimes extraction is the best option for a severely damaged or infected tooth. Our dentists use effective local anaesthetic and a gentle technique to make the procedure as comfortable as possible.

NHS Band 2 — covered under Band 2 treatment charge

Gum Disease Treatment

Gum disease (periodontal disease) affects millions of UK adults. We diagnose and treat all stages, from early gingivitis to advanced periodontitis, with deep cleaning, oral hygiene instruction, and monitoring.

NHS Band 2 — treatment available under NHS contract

Crowns & Bridges

Crowns cap a damaged or root-treated tooth to restore its strength and appearance. Bridges fill the gap left by missing teeth by anchoring to adjacent teeth. Both are available on the NHS and as private options.

NHS Band 3 — ceramic and metal-ceramic options

Emergency Dentistry

Same-day emergency appointments for dental pain, abscesses, broken teeth, lost fillings, and dental trauma. Call us first — we hold slots every morning for urgent cases.

Preventive Dental Care

Fissure sealants to protect children's teeth, fluoride varnish applications, mouthguard fabrication, and personalised oral hygiene coaching to prevent problems before they develop.

NHS Band 1 — most preventive treatments are Band 1

Common Dental Emergencies We Treat

Severe Toothache

Unbearable dental pain can signal infection, abscess, or nerve damage. We'll assess and treat the cause promptly.

Broken or Chipped Tooth

Trauma can fracture teeth. Preserve any broken pieces in milk and call us immediately — time matters for the best outcome.

Knocked-Out Tooth

Pick up the tooth by the crown (not the root), rinse gently, and place back in the socket or in milk. Call us within 30 minutes for the best chance of saving it.

Dental Abscess / Infection

Swelling, fever, or pus around a tooth requires urgent treatment. Dental infections can spread — don't delay. If swelling is affecting your breathing, go to A&E immediately.

Lost Filling or Crown

A lost filling or crown exposes the tooth to sensitivity and further damage. We can replace or temporise it quickly to protect your tooth.
